Hacchan is taken hostage by Makuro gang and the Tobiuo Riders.
He's taken to island of Shabondi, where dozens of kidnapping organizations exist.
Zoro and Sanji wonders if it's "that" Hachi they know, and is reluctant to help him.

The new armored Villain Dibal (Dyval, Dival whatever) is the leader of the Tobiuo Riders, and he says he's been waiting so long for the Mugiwara pirates... the man who ruined his life.

Dyval is a new character, but I wonder if it's someone familiar is under that mask... He certainly seems to know Luffy, and seems to have a grudge against him
